Jim graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1975.
While attending law school, Jim worked for the Department of Attorney General as a law clerk for Frank Kelley.
From the time of graduation until April 1, 1979, he worked for the Lansing City Attorney's Office, Ingham County
Prosecutor's Office and as a special assistant for the Genessee County Prosecutor's Office. On April 1, 1979, Jim
joined the law firm now known as CHURCH, KRITSELIS & WYBLE, P.C. and is now a shareholder of the corporation.
Jim is a trial lawyer primarily practicing in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice. Jim takes great
pride in his family. He has been married to his wife, Cassie, for 29 years and they have three children. Jim's
hobbies include golf, basketball, boxing, fishing, and is an avid Michigan State fan.' |

S. Mittleman

I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Attended the University
of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University where I graduated with a B.S. in Pharmacy. I worked as a registered Pharmacist
for two years full time until moving to Michigan to pursue my education in law. While attending Thomas M. Cooley
Law School, I worked part time with the law firm of CHURCH, KRITSELIS & WYBLE, P.C. until graduating in 1985.
At that time I began working with the firm full time, handling every facet of litigation and trial work. In 1990,
I became a shareholder with the firm and continued handling all areas of litigation with an emphasis in medical,
dental, and pharmacy, pharmacists negligence cases. I have been on the Executive Board of the Michigan Trial Lawyers
Association since 1985 and currently, an officer on track to be president of the organization. I was appointed
to the Michigan Supreme Court Civil Model Jury Instructions Committee. Elected Treasurer of the Michigan Democratic
Party and recently appointed by Governor Granholm to the Michigan Public Educational Facilities Authority. I have
been married to my wife Jill for 18 years and we are very proud of our two children, Hannah and Max. |

L. Marienfeld II

Ron graduated from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti,
Michigan in 1997 with a B.S. Pre-Law degree. He then went on to graduate from Detroit College of Law in 2001. During
law school, Ron was a member of the Wagner Labor Law Moot Court Team and was the Chief Editor of Articles for the
Journal of Medicine and Law. Ron joined the law firm of CHURCH, KRITSELIS & WYBLE, P.C. as a law clerk in 2000
and became an associate in 2002. Currently Ron is a member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and the American
Trial Lawyers Association. Ron practices in the areas of automobile negligence, premise liability, dog bites and
Michigan No Fault insurance benefits. Ron has been married to his wife Heather for 5 years and has two sons, Maxwell
and Nicholas.

Charles G. Semerly
|
Charles graduated from Michigan State University in 1993 with
a B.S. in Building Construction Management. He then went on to graduate from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in
1996. During law school, Charles first joined Church, Kritselis & Wyble as a law clerk from 1994 - 1996. Upon
graduating from law school, Charles moved to Chicago, Illinois where he has practiced law since 1997. While in
Chicago, his areas of concentration were personal injury and real estate law. In addition to practicing law, Charles
was a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker. In 2005, he moved his family back to the Lansing area and rejoined
Church, Kritselis & Wyble as an associate. Currently Charles is a member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association
and the Ingham County Bar Association. He continues to hold a license to practice law in the State of Illinois.
